It's our commitment to nurturing healthy, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef begins at birth and extends through harvest that allows us to create some of the finest tasting beef in Utah. 

  For 18 years, we've been dedicated to the practice of grass-finishing cattle, directly serving the local community along Utah's great plains. Our cattle reach their "finish" phase in their second year, thriving in high-altitude mountain pastures in South westen Spring Glen, near Helpe Utah.

  These landscapes are abundant with native grasses, plants, and forbs, creating a nourishing and tranquil environment. This harmonious setting ensures the well-being of our cattle, consistently resulting in delicious and healthy meat. We source our beef cattle meticulously, selecting them from two reputable, family-owned ranches that prioritize raising robust animals on grass in their rural, native pastures. During winter, they receive hay supplementation to maintain a natural forage diet. We uphold humane practices, frequently moving the cattle to holistically manage our lands and waterways, benefiting both the local and migrating wildlife populations. 

While we are not USDA certified organic, our commitment remains unwavering: we raise forage-fed beef (no grain, soy, or corn), free from hormones and antibiotics. The result is tender, flavorful, and lean beef, known for its unique taste, which only high-altitude grass-finished cattle can offer. We offer whole, half, and quarter cuts of beef, and a limited selection of assorted cuts, burgers, and organ meats may be available in early December. 

Pickup is available, and delivery can be arranged from Septmeber to December. Our cattle are processed at a small, custom facility in Utah, where the meat undergoes a 14–21 day dry aging process.

An essential aspect of this cycle is the interconnectedness of its constituents, with a prime example being the relationship between the microbiota in the soil, the rumen of animals, and the well-being of humans. 

Our cattle are alfalfa fed and  exclusively grass-finished through a holistically planned adaptive grazing approach on diverse pastures. This method ensures the sustainability of our land and the quality of our beef, aligning with our commitment to nurturing the earth and nourishing all of its inhabitants.
